We require all Fitness Club members to complete a PARQ (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) before engaging in any physical activity. You can pick one up in the gym or free weights room. Or just download this .pdf file. Hand the completed form to a Personal Trainer or to reception at Café Source Too West End.
A gymnasium with running, rowing, cycling and cross training machines and cable and weight machines for conditioning all areas of the body.
A separate free weights room with Smith style machines and benches, dumbells, olympic bars, kettlebells and other weight training equipment.
Experienced professional personal trainers to help you get the most from your workout.
