Gym and Free Weights Room

A gymnasium with running, rowing, cycling and cross training machines and cable and weight machines for conditioning all areas of the body.


A separate free weights room with Smith style machines and benches,  dumbells, olympic bars, kettlebells and other weight training equipment.


Experienced professional personal trainers to help you get the most from your workout.

Wednesdays 10.15am - 1115am: EASY AEROBICS - Shadé

Wednesdays 7pm - 8pm: FLOW YOGA - Lynne

Thursdays 9.45am - 10.45am: PILATES (Matwork) - Gail

Thursdays 11am - 12 noon: DANCEFIT - Mariusz

Fridays 7am - 7.45am: FRIDAY MORNING CIRCUITS - Garry

£6.00 members; £7.00 non members

Easy Aerobics, DanceFit, Circuits and Tai Chi

£5.00 members; £6.50 non members



10 Class Pass just £45.00.
